  • If so, we want YOU to join our team as a Business Development Representative (BDR)!
  • Mission: Your mission is to drive new business revenue by generating Qualified Leads that convert into sales calls and closed deals.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Generate qualified leads
    • Research and collect key lead data, including personal/business emails, city address, core services, and social media links.
    • Ensure leads are high-quality and meet client standards.
    • Upload and manage leads in CRM
    • Prepare Quotes and Proposal write ups
  • Support Closing Ratios:
    • Deliver leads that convert at a minimum 10% live call closing ratio (1 in 10).
    • Collaborate with closers and Sales Manager to ensure success for both leads and clients.

  • Daily Administrative Tasks:
    • Attend morning huddles (Google Meet Daily stand-up, Monday-Friday, 8.30 am).
    • Submit end-of-day reports with numbers, wins, and action plans via daily stand-up portal.
    • Update CRM pipelines and team tracking sheets in ERP

  • Position Details:
    • Full-Time Role: 8+ hours/day, Monday-Friday, with weekend availability if KPIs fall short.
    • Remote Flexibility: Work from anywhere with an internet connection. (Post probation Period)
    • Communication: Active availability on whatsapp between 8 am-6 pm.

  • Requirements:
    • Previous sales experience with measurable success.
    • Strong work ethic and willingness to put in the hours to excel.
    • Coach-able with a desire to grow and develop skills.
    • High-quality references are a must.

  • Job Types: Full-time, Contract
    Contract length: 12 months (Start with 6 month contract renewable on a rolling 6 months basis)
